    How we will make order?

You need to carefully read information about product, download catalogs with full description and make Inquiry for product on our E-mail info@amberab.se or Fax + 46 278 12432, after that you can place your order on E-mail order@amberab.se or Fax + 46 27812432. When we receive your order we will prepare Ordering confirmation where we will specify all necessary information for payment, delivery and warranty. That Order confirmation you will signature and return to us. After that you will receive from us Proforma Invoice for payment.

    How long is delivery time?

In this moment delivery time is 3-5 weeks after we receive your payment. Soon delivery time will be shorter and our intention in next year is to have all products on stock for prompt delivery.

When we receive your reclamation we will send detail information how we will resolve problem.

Depend of problem, we will give you instruction how to solve problem (return product or we will come on place to realize reclamation).
